Kokoro Barista School is the training and education arm of Kokoro, built as a social impact enterprise and a center of excellence for coffee education. The school plays a dual role by creating structured career pathways for aspiring baristas while also serving as the primary training hub for Kokoro’s own teams and partner cafés.

In collaboration with the Coffee Board of India and supported by Shakti Foundation , Kokoro Barista School provides a strong foundation for accessible and high-quality coffee education. With affiliation to some of the country’s leading SCA Authorized Specialty coffee Trainers, the school offers internationally recognized courses aligned with global standards.

Backed by a dedicated in-house permanent training team, the focus remains on hands-on learning, operational consistency, and real-world café skills.
