Description
When we launched Mattari 1.0 last year, it was the yellow honey from Balur estate, with the trademarked taste of chocolate and blended berries from the SLN 9 (coffee varietal) roasted to a medium roast with hues of stone fruit and strong body.
This time around, as always taking a notch higher, it’s a slightly different honey, it’s the red honey and roasted medium but focusing more on enhancing the body with sweetness. Flavour notes from this coffee gave us the hint of ripe peaches, raisins and an intense hit of toffee and caramel, making it the ideal choice for someone who likes their cold brew/espresso a bit sweet along with brightness as well as nice well rounded body.
Summers are still around, a cold brew with Mattari could be all you need, for a quick, sweet, refreshing cold brew.
