From the Natural Macerated Kensho 1.0 giving cherry flavours, to the slow natural macerated lot of the Kensho 2.0 giving enhanced cherry notes along with wine and prunes hints, the Kensho 3.0 is different. This lot consists of Chandragiri, which were through an extended natural maceration process. Kensho 3.0 is roasted light-med, which has ensured the coffee to be bright and juicy. Taste of freshly squeezed orange and peach is quite evident, but once it’s cooled down, the heavy red wine body seems to take over. From the first sip to the last, the character of the coffee keeps building and you get to witness the beautiful multifaceted coffee Kensho 3.0 is. This particular lot has also gone through one additional/extra round of quality check, called as “UV light Filtered”, certainly Kensho 3.0 which is our Lot No. 20 is really the cherry on the cake relating to more than just the cherry notes.
